Is there a delivery charge?

We deliver throughout the UK and Republic of Ireland. Delivery costs on on-line orders are as follows:

Standard delivery is charged at £3.95

For larger items, we offer a delivery service throughout Northern and Southern Ireland, using our own transport. Presently, larger items can only be ordered in-store or by phone order. Delivery costs, if applicable, will be advised at time of ordering.

You can also request that items be reserved for you to collect in store. This service is free of charge. 

If you are using our gift list service, it may also be possible to have the items reserved in-store for the gift recipient to collect. If this is possible, it will appear as an option at the checkout. Just check this box, and you will not be charged a delivery fee.

If you would like to have any of our products delivered overseas please contact one of our Customer Service Team, and we will be delighted to assist you. In this case, postage is charged at cost and customs duty will apply.

Can I choose to have items delivered to a different address?

Yes, if you wish to have items delivered to a different address please enter this as the delivery address at the checkout. This address must be in the UK or Republic of Ireland. We will also need your address for billing information. If the goods are being delivered to a different address we will not include any price information with the package and we will send all receipts to your billing address.

When will my order arrive?

We dispatch goods within 1-3 business days of receiving your order if the items are in stock. If you order an item that is not in stock, a member of our Customer Service Team will contact you, giving details on expected delivery times. You can choose to wait on delivery or cancel your order at this time.

If part of my order is out of stock, do I have to pay an extra delivery charge when it is sent to me?

No, we won't charge you any extra delivery for items posted / delivered at a later date.

How do I return an item I have purchased?

If you wish to return an item you have purchased, you must do so within 7 days of receiving your order. Please package everything securely and include your despatch note, detailing item(s) returned and reason for such.

Do I have to pay for returns?

Yes, you have to pay for the cost of returning items to us, and for any damage occurring in transit to us.

What if the goods are damaged or I have a complaint?

In the unlikely event of your goods being damaged on delivery, we will offer you a replacement or refund. However, in every case we will require photographic evidence of the fault. Damages must be notified within two days, otherwise we will not be held responsible. If goods are damaged, please contact our Customer Service Team by telephone in the first instance on (028) 4066 2709 and they will advise you regarding the course to be taken.
